• For a team to participate, it is necessary that the ‘Participation form’ should reach us latest by 26th Feb 2010, 17:30 hrs. We suggest that the ‘Participation form’ be sent to us through fax so that we may receive it at the earliest. You will receive a ‘Confirmation Letter’ from us confirming your participation. Right to register for the meet is solely the discretion of the organizing committee of Sangram ’10 and all the decisions of the organizing committee will be deemed as final on all matters.

• A ‘Letter of Intent’ from the participating institute should either be faxed , couriered or brought in person at the time of registration
• At the time of registration it would be necessary to produce the following documents:
  1. ‘Confirmation Letter’ sent by us.
  2. Identity Card and Bonafide Certificates of each and every participant of the participating institution.
  3. Two passport size photographs of all participants
  4. Two printed copies of the names of participants arranged according to their events. The name of the leader of the participating institution’s contingent should be clearly mentioned in this list.
  5. A statement of permission awarded by the head of the participating institute.
• Registration fee is Rs 500 per head for all team members including team managers who would accompany their teams to Sangram ‘10. In addition, a security deposit of Rs 100 per head (refundable at the time of departure) will also be levied at the time of registration.
• Mode of Payment of the registration fee – The total amount has to be either remitted by a demand draft in favor of ‘Chief Advisor Sports,Sports Council, IIT Roorkee’, payable at Roorkee or directly in cash, at the time of registration.
• The contingent must be accompanied by at least one manager/coach. Each contingent can have no more than 2 managers.
• Every contingent must have a team-leader who would be responsible for the conduct of his/her team members.
• The maximum strength of any contingent cannot exceed 50. For any concession regarding this limitation please contact us in advance.
• No participating institute can send more than one team for the same event.
• Teams are requested to bring the respective flags of their colleges if they have one.
• The inauguration ceremony will be held on 11th of March at 1600 hrs.
• Though a tentative schedule of events will be dispatched before the commencement of the meet, yet organizers of Sangram ’10 reserve the right to make changes, if necessary due to unavoidable reasons.
