HOSPITALITY
- Our Hospitality Cell will look after your accommodation & messing. At your arrival at Roorkee you will be escorted into the campus. The faculty will be given separate rooms for their stay at IIT Roorkee.
- Charges of accommodation and messing are included in the registration fees.
- All participants should strictly follow the rules and regulations of IIT-R. Failure to comply by IIT-Roorkee ' s rules may lead to cancellation of participation of the institute of the involved student and /or confiscation of entire security deposit.
- Consumption of liquor or any other intoxicant and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the campus. Violence, eve-teasing and other anti-social activities will lead to serious consequences for the miscreants.
- We bear no responsibility for loss or theft of any of the belongings. Participants are requested to take care of their belongings and bear them on their own personal responsibility.
- Our Hospitality Team would like to know the exact details of your arrival at Roorkee, so that they can ensure that your entire stay at Roorkee will be pleasantly memorable.
